WW Turkey Chili is for all of us looking for tasty dishes that will keep us healthy.

This Chile is between these two recipes. For what? The chopped beef has a very strong flavor, so it is easy to prepare a dish that you use in the really good taste. The vegetables, on the other hand, need cooking to make sure that the flavors make.
The minced turkey breast is not the tastiest meat probably because it has no fat. We all had a dry turkey breast (yuck).
You can find a ground turkey breast in the poultry section of your supermarket. It’s about $ 6 or more per book (not cheap).

Because it’s bland, you have to add a little more interesting flavors to make it work – but believe me, it works.

I added the onion, garlic, red pepper, tomato paste, cumin and high quality chili powder to chill it that my family could love. They know that when I try to slide something healthier and they did not notice that I had chili without beef when I served it to them.

This recipe is still quite easy and quick for a meal during the week. I eat it for breakfast with scrambled eggs, a little rice and a spicy sauce. Yum!
This recipe would be zero if I had not added olive oil at the start of the recipe. I think that a little fat goes very far here to make onions, garlic and red pepper in a delicious base for Chile.

Ingredients
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
5 garlic cloves, chopped
1 red pepper, sown and chopped
4 tablespoons of good quality chili powder
1 tablespoon of cumin
1-1.5 pounds of chopped turkey

Instructions
Add the olive oil to a large saucepan. Sauté the onion, garlic and red pepper until the onion is softened, about five minutes. Add the chili powder and the cumin and brown for a minute to grill the spices. Add the minced turkey chest and break with a spoon. Cook until it is white (opaque), stirring frequently. Add the beans and tomatoes drained with juice and simmer at low 10 minutes. Serve or freeze for a later meal.
