You have to poop at least once a day.
Otherwise, when the parasites die and release toxins, your body has no way to eliminate them, which can cause even worse symptoms.

You must plan a protocol at least 2 months.
Parasites lay eggs on their death, and a short cleaning can really worsen the problem if you stop too early. This is why I am not in favor of “parasitic cleaning of the full moon”. They release a ton of eggs and this can worsen the problem.

The detoxification support is not optional.
As the parasites die, they can release a storm of toxins (including mold, heavy metals, yeast and more) in your body. If your detoxification paths are not open, you will feel it.
