196: Unlocking Emotional and Physical Healing Through Body Awareness with Rachel Reimer
Here’s more about Rachael and his journey:
Rachel Reimer believes that the body can develop physical symptoms (acute or chronic) when unresolved emotional stress occurs. Instead of justifying that the emotional stressor “isn’t that bad,” Rachel has found that talking about stress can sometimes help the body feel/function better. During a session, Rachel’s goal is to fully understand your physical problem, help you identify the specific emotional stress that she believes may be related to the physical problem (if any), and then help you overcome the unresolved emotional stress; with the hope that the physical body begins to function and feel better.
