This strawberry cheese cake smoothie is a dream. I love to add the word “cheesecake” to any recipe that I can find.

Who does not want to read on Cheesecake? If this blog was more fun, I could also complain about Beefcake (my favorites are Daniel Craig and Edris Elba – that I would like to add are appropriate oxen for me since I was 49 years old).
This recipe is not actually a point of view real cheesecake. There are a multitude of blogs that cover cheesecake and they are much more popular than mine. Dessert blogs are among the biggest food blogs.
I often wonder what kind of money I could have earned if I had chosen to write on superb cupcakes.
Alas, we are stuck with a false cheese cake and today we can do it in a mixer without cheese. This recipe works because you use Greek yogurt which is naturally sour (like cream cheese) and a citrus success which is essential to give it a taste for cheesecake.

I don’t know exactly why this recipe is so perfect, but it is. You don’t need fresh strawberries to make this smoothie, which makes it more affordable and easier to prepare without a grocery trip. You can use them, however, and you bring the Yum factor!
If you don’t have a citrus zest, it’s your moment. The flavor in lemon skin is zero calorie extravagance but if you dig in the white marrow – it is too bitter.
My citrus zest is one of my favorite single-use kitchen tools (see below) because it works! I make two portions, then I save for the next day.
Do not hesitate to cut the recipe in half to make one for a snack in season.
