Share a summary of our adventures in Seville!
Hi friends! How are you doing? I hope you have a nice day so far. We meet friends before we have podcast interviews, and we are looking forward to a discreet evening here at home.
For today’s post, I wanted to share a summary of some of the adventures of Seville.
Although there is no way to summarize everything – we were there for four weeks! – I love to share ideas for my friends who could travel in this beautiful place, and I also like these messages as a small memory book. TBH I am the worst to print photos and I have thousands on my phone and my computer. At least, I have the OL blog that holds some of our memories that I can come back. 😉
Adventures de Seville
While we were in Seville, we made a mixture of all our favorite things: walking and exploring, eating, shopping and spending time with friends. It was an incredible opportunity to catch up with our beloved friends who live there (and P’s best friend worldwide), as well as enjoying a place that feels more comfortable for us since we were there last summer for a few weeks. What is good is that we did not feel like we are in a hurry to do tourist things. We had already seen the major landmarks, we have already had a lot of time, and that gave us the obtaining of Slootoooow, which was welcomed after such a chaotic start of the year.
Restaurant recommendations in Seville
I ended up cooking a little during this trip and I loved it. It was so fun to go on the market every day and buy everything that looked good, and as it was just me and most of the meals were fast and relaxed. (When the pilot is at home, I feel like I have to make real meals / recipes, but when it’s just me and the girls, we dug it a lot.)
We also had Pollo Asado in the street and it was so practical to get a roasted chicken at $ 11 $ 11 that would feed us all!
We made * family dinners * with our friends and we would each do a few things and all said together at their dining table almost every day. It was so much a treat and I already miss it. We would share the work of the kitchen + of the dishes, could discuss and spend time, and the children could run and be wild when they had finished eating. 😉
We have also eaten in incredible restaurants in Seville.
Some of our favorites of all time:
Our best restaurants:
– in admiration
– Alfalfa 8
– the corner
– Petra (get the Spanish tortilla)
– Maria Trifulca
– Cañabota (an incredible Michelin Star experience)
– Gluten -free bakery chök
– Picantón for the paella bar
– Always the ice in Rosalia. They also have GF cones now!
A new thing we did during this trip: a day in Isla Mágica! It is a giant theme park and a water park in the city, and the children have broken out. The water slides were super fun and they also have crazy roller coaster. They also have beer and Tinto de Verano, so won all around.
Activities
Museum of illusions
Flamenco – We have seen two flamenco shows while we were there, and they remain my favorite things 🙂 I recommend Las Setas, Casa de la Memoria and La CabonerÃa
Gym:
I also joined a gymnasium while we were in town! I was happy with my airbnb Sculpt society’s training, But decided to obtain membership of the gym for profit! San Bernardo who has several swimming pools. I had it two weeks on the trip and I should have done it earlier! The swimming pools were perfect for hot days and I loved their group fitness lessons. They also have a huge floor of new cardio equipment and technogym resistance. It was a beautiful and super clean installation.
Airbnb:
We stayed in an airbnb and even if it was very cute, it was very, very small. Usually it would not be a big problem because we came out and explore, but because it was quite hot, we spent more time in the airbnb than usual. I would like to have paid a little more to have a balcony or a small patio to spend time. It was perfect for us three girls, but we were definitely ready for our comfortable beds at home when it was time to leave.
I have a message to come with advice if you plan to travel to Seville, so let me know if there is something you would like me to include. It is a magical place with a nice culture, nice people, so much to do, and I really recommend adding it to your travel list.
xoxo
