Sharing an overview of low volume recipes if your goal is to increase your fiber but not your total calorie intake.

Hi friends! How are you doing?? I hope you spend an incredible week! We are here in Spain Living.The.life. I am delighted to share part of the pleasure in Friday favorites and I post a ton on IG If you want to follow.

Today, I wanted to discuss a little bit about food in volume and share some of my favorite recipes that are high in volume and flavor, but always light and refreshing.

Have you ever finished a meal and you feel like you barely eaten? You are not alone. When you try to eat a little lighter, hunger can sneak quickly and it is not fun. This is why I like high volume recipes and low -volume calories. You can eat generous portions that give you a full and happy feeling, without doing too much on the calories and feeling like you need a nap after. Whether you work towards a health goal, you try to keep your calorie intake in check or just want to eat more fruits and vegetables, these meals check all the boxes.

All these meal ideas are loaded with whole and nourishing ingredients such as lean proteins, vegetables rich in fiber and satisfactory textures. Many are gluten -free, easy to prepare and perfect for lunch, dinner or meals preparation.

What makes a high meal at a high volume?

Let’s discuss what makes a “high volume” meal. These types of meals generally include foods rich in water or fibers, such as leafy green vegetables, berries or green beans, and are lower in calories. This combo helps you eat more food (volume!) Without accumulating calories.

What are low -calorie foods?

Foods with low volume calories are filled, satisfactory and easy to love. Think of large salads, soups, generous vegetarian jigsters and meals that are stacked with lean proteins and colorful products.

These types of meals support healthy weight loss by keeping you full and reducing the need to snack all day. In addition, they are a great way to get more dense nutrient food in your diet.
