Low calories cereals are easy to do. I know you want to buy it – but it has much better to do it.

I know that there are people who will examine this recipe and decide that it is not weak in calories. But, I would say that it is not good enough to be simply weak in calories – you can do it with Krispies rice – you also need nutrition that brings you out of the right foot for your day.

Cereal manufacturers want you to believe that their product is the perfect choice for the morning.
For example, I believe that a packet of coconut krispies had a “boost your immune system” instruction on the front of the box. I will not even list all the things that do not go about such an affirmation.
The best low -calorie cereal that you can buy has little or no added sugar. Fiber is potentially a good choice, but it uses success. I buy some cereals without added sugar – Cheerios, rice krispies, wheat puffs and I have my own cereals.
You heard me! I have my own cereals (and no, I am not linked to Martha Stewart).
Raise your hand if you make your own cereals! Hmmm, not many of you. Why then? Is it because you can just buy it and you know you don’t have time to do it?
Cereals are ridiculously easy to make and taste. You will never return to a box of packed cereals. I am serious.
You can also reduce the amount of sugar per portion without including dried fruit. He was tasteful without him – it’s just a question of personal preference.
You mix oat and chopped almonds with a little oil and honey – and put it on a tray lined with parchment.

If you are in a hurry Cook granola recipe.
I know that some will think that it is “granola” and this is really not the case. It is much easier than the packed granola that you can buy. Almost all packed cereals are a cooked grain in a box with added stuff. This low -calorie cereal recipe is not so different.
You don’t need to use almonds if you don’t like nuts – you can just cook oatmeal and it will cut the calories a little (but you miss all good things in almonds). You can also use your favorite nuts – hazelnuts, pacans, nuts, to make these cereals.
When I add dried fruit, I use raisins, cranberries and dried mangoes cut, apricot, etc.
The route to always with this recipe is to do it with different ingredients so as not to get bored.
