Do you know how to grill the tomatoes? Everyone will stop if they hear you can do it.

The tomato season is my favorite season. I cannot get enough tomatoes because the stands of my farmer and my farm market. As you know, I’m a fan of Cold tomato soup as well as Fresh tomato salad with balsamic vinegar.
I will eat them until I turn into tomatoes.

Are they not beautiful? The only special tool you could acquire (if you are a tomato lover) is a tomato knife. It is serrated and has a sharp point to coist the tomato.

Mine is a Henckel brand and it does a quick job to cut trades. I have listed it below to show you which one to get if you are interested.
When you decide to grill tomatoes (and you will), choose the ripe but firm. If they are too ripe – it will be a big waste. They should be a little firm but not hard. When you cook them, they soften.
Core them and cut them along the Fruit equator. This would mean between the nucleus and the bottom – do not cut them from top to bottom because it makes things more disorderly.

Then you place them in a bowl for about 15 minutes (while your grill heats up) with olive oil, salt and pepper. The tomatoes will expel juices and you want to keep them!

Finally, you place them on a warm grill that oiled the grids and leave them for 4 to 6 minutes until they are characterized – then you return them and cook another 4 to 6 minutes.

Assate them and pour the juices you saved and add a little fresh basil if you have it.
Take that, steak!
I mean seriously – that doesn’t seem good? Yum!
Have you burned tomatoes? How did you do it?
