Do you know how to brush the chicken breasts for grills? It’s so easy!

How to brush chicken breasts for grills

You can transform bland, skinless and boring chicken breasts into a quick meal that everyone will love.

I buy my chicken breasts at Costco because they are affordable and I can freeze them. My plan is to make sure I always have something healthy in the freezer when I start to think about dinner.

Saumage is a great way to make sure your chicken breast is not transformed into a hockey washer on the grill.

I like to use my slow cooker for a simmer chicken And to make a Whole gradient chicken. I find that when I plan (and I manage to bring the chicken into the stove in time), my chicken remains damp. Simple is ideal for keeping liquid inside the dish.

The salumage, on the other hand, improves the jutosity by ensuring that the meat absorbs the liquid before it cooked. This “additional liquid” protects the chicken from becoming too dry because the chicken will lose liquid while it cooks.

You use kosher salt for this step because it has large crystals (unlike fine salt and table). Cosher salt is for “Koshering”. Torah prohibits the consumption of the blood of an animal. The two methods accepted to extract blood from meat, a process called Koshering or “Kashering”, are salting and grill (which is why it is called kosher salt for the salting process).

You just pour the chicken breasts into salt water.

After 15 minutes (really), you remove them and rinse them. The difference is quite incredible to simply launch the chicken breasts on the grill.

It will be juicy!

I check the temperature to make sure my chicken is finished. The FDA says to cook the chicken until it is 165 F. I remove mine at around 150 and let the temperature increase outside the grill. In addition, I cut the chicken through the thickest part to ensure cooking (if I want to check).

Chicken breasts have different thicknesses in their shape, which makes them a little difficult to judge when they are completely cooked.

Have you ever tried to jump from the chicken breast?
