I’m sharing some of my favorite gift ideas for fitness and wellness enthusiasts, biohackers, and *darling* friends (or even yourself!) this holiday season.
Hello friends! How are you doing? I hope you are having an amazing week so far. It’s a quick week that ends with shopping and pie – we’ve got that!!
It’s very busy here. Monday night was Liv’s confirmation, so we celebrated with dinner and crazy milkshakes afterward. The pilot was traveling, but I’m glad he’ll be here for Thanksgiving. What do you have planned? We go to my uncle’s as usual, then we head to Trevor and Danielle’s for a while.
For today’s post, I wanted to share a roundup of my favorite wellness, fitness, and biohacking gifts! It’s a perfect gift for your *darling* friends… or even for yourself. Let’s be realistic; The best sales of the year are happening this weekend, so it’s the perfect time to stock up on wellness essentials, especially if you have any health-related goals heading into the new year.
It’s also worth mentioning here that a lot of things on this list are nice/fun to have, but not essential. The most important health tools are free, like sunshine, stress management, connection, movement, and a solid diet.
If you have any favorite wellness purchases of the year, feel free to link in the comments below!

Holiday Gift Guide for Wellness, Fitness, and Biohacking
Home and kitchen:
Air doctor. Clean air makes a huge difference, especially this time of year when allergies and colds are running rampant.
Non-toxic pots and pans. We love Caraway And Our place. Every year on Black Friday, I usually treat myself to a new Our place a saucepan or pan. Their air fryer is so cute too!
Water filter. Clearly filtered is my favorite, and I also love our AquaTru under-sink filter.
Canopy shower filter. We immediately noticed a difference in our skin and hair. The water is softer and no longer has any chorline smell.
Trap night light. It’s so peaceful to wake up to soft light and birds chirping instead of a blaring iPhone alarm.
Branch Basics. I switched to Branch Basics for just about everything. I also LOVE their dishwasher pods. Many “natural” dishwasher soaps have a plastic coating and leave little streaking and residue on dishes. Branch Basics makes them sparkling clean.
Thriving market Or ButcheryBox. A box of either would be amazing. We get almost all of our meat from ButcherBox as they offer wild and organic options. This link gives you a free gift! We order most of our snack and pantry essentials from Thrive Market. This link saves you 40%.
Coffee without mold! The sad news is that coffee is a heavily sprayed crop, so many conventional options contain pesticides, herbicides, and mold. This is lab tested for purity and remineralized, and it tastes DELICIOUS. I only drink decaf, and most decaf is bad. This one is incredible.
A great weighted blanket. This would make an AWESOME gift. I sleep with this every night. It features EMF protection, has the perfect weight, and the coverage is super silky and luxurious.
Healthy daily habits:
This cap with red lights! I like to use it several times a week and I feel like it helps my hair stay thick and healthy. Use FITNESSSISTA15.
Pemf got. I use it every day for breathing and meditation, or when I need a little recharge while working on the computer. Use FITNESSSISTA15.
Canopy humidifier. I love the portable one for traveling and notice that my skin and eyes feel better when I use it.
Treadmill. The only way for me to reach 10,000 steps almost every day! This one costs less than $100 with Black Friday deals.
Rebounder. It is a great way to support blood circulation and the lymphatic system and also improve concentration during a long work day. I’ll take a 5 minute break and bounce to some music. This one is on sale for BCM.
Vibrating plate. I don’t think it’s essential, but they are amazing.
Tongue scraper. A perfect Christmas gift!
Anti-red light mask. I use it every morning when I’m doing household chores or multitasking. It gives my skin an amazing glow and I have noticed a huge difference in the texture of my skin.
Portable red light panel (wait until Friday!). I use it every day and for many reasons. For energy, focus, mood, inflammation, skin, body aches, muscle pain, fever, everything.
My favorite non-toxic makeup and skincare. I’m obsessed with the Olive Rose collection (and so is Liv!)
Blue light blocking glasses. These are special because I was able to get them in my Rx!
A skin! They use their own peptide, OS-01, which blocks senescent cells <— they can increase the aging process. I love them tinted moisturizer And body lotion.
Organized! They make many of my favorite products including Hydrogen Water Tablets, Green Juice, Red Juice, Harmony, and Pure. Find out here!
Detox and supplements:
The famous sauna blanket! This was a Black Friday gift for me years ago and I still use it at least once a week for stress relief, good sweating, glowing skin, and restful sleep. Use FITNESSSISTA15.
Castor Oil Pack. It’s the best!
My favorite quarterly detox! I look forward to it every time and can’t wait for our community rehab in January.
Anti-parasitic cleaning 🙂 My favorite is here.
Peptides! I will do an updated post but I have added these to my routine and they have been amazing. (Note: I do not recommend specific peptides, but This is where I buy mine. You can decide what you would like to do based on your goals, and a doctor prescribes them for you based on an intake form and your medical history.)
Aptitude:
Sculpt Society Membership! I LOVE these workouts so much. This link offers you a free month on the application.
Oura ring. I got a new one with Amex credit and I love all the new data! It’s so cool that I can also sync it with a Stelo glucometer.
EMF blocking bag. This is what I use at the gym and on walks, so I can use my wired headphones but it protects my body from my cell phone.
Barefoot sneakers. They’re the best and have lots of great styles for the gym, life, and hiking.
For you:
The most incredible feel-good gift you can give yourself this season is a Integrative Health Practitioner Certification. It is no exaggeration to say that this certification has absolutely changed my life, my business, and the health of our family. I have learned a lot through my IHP certificates (I have Level 1, Level 2, and am halfway through High Performance Health and Level 3) and have been able to share that knowledge with my family and clients.
I was able to cure myself (my lupus markers were positive; they are negative now) through functional lab testing, protocols, and lifestyle changes. Dr. Cabral is an incredible teacher and the IHP community is kind, welcoming and supportive. We would love for you to join us!!!
They are having a HUGE Black Friday sale…a little birdie told me it would be $1,500 off starting this Friday with code BF1500. So add this page to your favoritesand be ready for Friday!
I probably won’t be back until Friday Faves, but I wish you a happy Thanksgiving filled with family, good food, and beautiful memories. When I go through my gratitude list each morning, you are all on my list. I am so grateful to all of you and this fun little space called the Internet.

Affiliate links are included in this post and companies are not able to sponsor placements in my gift guides. These are all things I organized myself and I honestly think they would make great gifts! Many thanks to those of you who support the blog by purchasing through my links. I appreciate you so much. Ad revenue has completely dropped since this summer thanks to AI search (people no longer need to click on your post to find the information they need), so affiliates have kept the blog afloat. xo
