This Greek vinaigrette recipe is what you need for salads and marinades. I promise you that you never buy a bottle of vinaigrette again.

The Greek or Italian vinaigrette rarely uses extra virgin olive oil because it is expensive. You will see soy oil on the label. In addition, because it is in a bottle – it’s good – but it’s not fresh.
I almost always do my DIY vinaigrette And use it throughout the week. My children are so fed up!
My Homemade Caesar Salad Vinaigrette without Mayo is also an excellent choice for those of you who do not like vinegar as I like vinegar. I could drink things.
My Greek vinaigrette is easy And has so much better. The key ingredient here is fresh lemon juice. Is there something like fresh lemon juice?

I hated making fresh lemon juice because compression of lemons is a wrist pain. It was for a party (where I made a new mixture of Margarita with bags of limes) that I discovered this tool.

You cut lemon or lime in half and press. It is fast and it takes the juice out. If the lemon is hard, I roll it on the counter to soften it before cutting it in half.
This is one of those cooking tools that you are wondering – Why didn’t I understand that before now?
I bought this tightening of lemon and lime and I used it almost every week (see below for the link). I have pressed oranges, lemons and limes – and this little fresh juice is a wonderful flavor.
Mix this Greek vinaigrette on my version of the Greek salad (lettuce, feta, tomatoes, red onion, olives, marinated peppers …). You can also use it to marinate the chicken for the grill.
Do you have your own Greek vinaigrette recipe? What is your favorite house vinaigrette?
