These fresh asparagus recipes will help you shape your kitchen for next month. When I entered my local grocery store, there was an asparagus wall greeting me.
I said: “Hello, asparagus!”
He did not respond.
It turns out that I like things and we all know that it is weak in calories. Asparagus is an excellent source of vitamin K and folate among other nutrients.
You really can’t miss in terms of health services and a vegetable like asparagus.
So how do you serve it? I find that roasting is far Better than the steam. The roasting brings out the sweetness of the stems.
I also appreciate raw asparagus. It is not one of those vegetables that you want to age in the drawer (like kale). You should eat it the day you buy it or soon after or it will become wooded and bitter.
