This recipe for easy simmer chicken tacos is famous on Snack Girl.

For what? Because you just throw the ingredients in a slow cooker and you have healthy foods that people love (and this is no point on blue and purple for WW members).

Robin asked me to republish it and I should tell you everything I take from the requests. I like to review popular recipes because new people join Snack Girl every day.
I make this recipe frequently for my family, so I redid the photos for this republication. It is not easy to make this look as well as good as taste.

I bought a seasoning in Taco for this recipe, but I chose one that is lower in sodium than cheaper brands. I also included a recipe to season DIY tacos below.

I use fresh salsa because I like flavor but I use everything you have on hand. This recipe can be an excellent essential for pantry because all ingredients can be maintained at hand.

All you do is put the chicken in the pot and add the garlic and taco seasoning. Garnish with everything else and turn it on. Get out! Go take a nap! Come back and dine 3-6 hours later.
Is it easy?
The good thing about these recipes for taco with the slow cooker chicken is that it combines corn and beans with the chicken so that you get a “stew” garnish from many flavors.
In addition, you sneak in corn and beans with chicken meat (which is very lean), so it’s low in calories compared to cooked chopped beef.
This was enough for my family of four, then some. We frozen more than half for another night.

Easy simmer chicken tacos recipe
Made 24 (1/2 cup) Portions
Preparation time: 5 min
Time cook: 3 hours
Ingredients
3 breasts of chicken, skinless and boneless (about 3 pounds)
1 package of tacos or seasonal seasoning to homemade tacos (see below)
2 tablespoons of chopped garlic
2 to 15 ounces of black, rinsed dogs
1 frozen corn book
16 shaken or fresh sings
Instructions
Place the chicken at the bottom of a 6 -liter slow cooker and sprinkle the seasoning and garlic on the top. Add beans, corn and salsa and bake 6 hours at low or 3 hours at high.
Once the garnish is finished cooking, take two forks and shred the chicken. Serve with taco shells, chopped avocado, tomato and lettuce.
Homemade seasoning in Taco – Mix 2 teaspoons of cumin, 1 tablespoon of chili powder, a clove of chopped garlic and 1/2 teaspoon of salt and use instead of the packaged seasoning.
