This chicken fajita recipe is made in the slow cooker. I know that it would be more fun if it was frightening in a saucepan but I don’t always have time for that.

I like to serve this in a tortilla or above the lettuce (taco salad?).

It is not as crunchy as real fajitas – the slow cooker transforms it into a little stew – but it is very tasty.

You can hit him with fresh lime juice and a pinch of spicy sauce for an additional flavor.
