The blueberry pan cake is a dessert. I rarely present desserts, but it deserves to be on Snack Girl.

For what? They are mainly blueberries !! You can use frozen or fresh blueberries (cut 10 -minute cooking time with fresh).
I present blueberries in my blueberry crisis And a healthier recipe Oat muffins with healthy banana blue. You can never eat too many blueberries.
In addition to having one of the healthiest ingredients around – this blueberry stove cake is made in your mixer.

I have a mixer on my counter because I use it almost every day. Smoothies, soups, marinades, pancakes…. This apparatus is a battle horse. But you don’t need it for the recipe – just use a whisk!
My other favorite for this recipe is a cast iron pan. I have two because I often double recipes.
This pan can kill a snake and make a nice presentation of anything. You can buy one Amazon cast iron stove.

You pour the dough on frozen blueberries and when it is done, it is a cross between a pudding or a flan and pancakes. This stove cake also reminds me of a fruit pie. You can decide what it is after doing it (please do and say how it happened).
I love that you don’t have to make a crust (or buy one) and all the ingredients are probably already in your pantry. You can do this with other fruits you have around the house such as strawberries, apples, pears, blackberries, etc.
You don’t need to do it in a cast iron pan if you don’t have one. Any pie pie will go well.
Have you tried to make a blueberry pan or any other stove cake? What did you think?
