This blueberry refrigerator jam uses chia seeds to have it adjusted. Chia seeds, when the mixture will thicken the recipes.

I entered the chia seeds. One of the reasons for my craze is that I found them at Aldi for $ 3. They are incredible nutritious – rich in manganese, omega -3 fatty acids, fibers, proteins, etc.

Why not associate them with blueberries? Les graines de chia n’ont rien à moi, donc elles font un excellent ajout à la confiture, mais vous pouvez également utiliser la pectine sans sucre voir: voir: voir: voir: voir: Blueberry jam recipe with low sugar content.
Blueberries are happening right now. My family picked the bays and managed to choose a million blueberries literally (or a large number).
Here is a blueberry branch of my local blueberry farm:

I did blueberry stove cake And then decided to make blueberry jam in the refrigerator. My freezer is now packed with the rest of the blueberries because they freeze very well.
This recipe is ridiculously easy in a mixer, then you simply store 90 minutes in the refrigerator and it turns as if by magic into a thick propagation of fruit.
There is no need to do it (which wants to do it in a hot kitchen) because it will keep in the refrigerator for about a week and you will appreciate it immediately. I found that it was a revelation that it is not necessary to seal the jam for the guard safe.
I think people do not make their own jam because they think it takes a ton of work on a hot stove – it’s just not true! You can savor it as you wish (maybe add a little lemon or thyme juice) and you can control the amount of sugar.
Put this JAIM blueberry refrigerator in your yogurt, on your toast, or just eat it like a treat! Yum!
Have you done jam with chia seeds?
