I found it a little bland by themselves, so I added chocolate chips that I found at the back of my pantry. What can you find elsewhere in there? Nuts, dried cranberries, coconut? What about frozen blueberries at the bottom of your freezer?

Ingredients
2 rolled or instant cups
2 large ripe bananas or 3 small
2 eggs
1 cup of non -fat Greek yogurt simple (or any natural yogurt)
3 tablespoons of honey or agave syrup (optional)

1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions
Heat the oven with 400F. Spray a 12-muffin pan with non-stick spray or add liners and spray them slightly with spray. Add oats, bananas, eggs, yogurt, honey, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla and mixer salt and run until the oatmeal is sprayed (about 2-3 minutes).
Add the mixture and incorporate with a rubber spatula or a long spoon. Pour the dough into muffin cups. You can pay to the edge of the cup. Bake for 15-17 minutes until it is slightly golden. Serve when cooled.
