Back -to -school dinner hack using roasted chicken
The rear consequences season always sneaks quickly, and suddenly, the dinners of the week feel like an act of juggling between homework, activities after school and the usual bedroom. It’s funny because summer was so cold and now we’re back to school … it’s like pure chaos.
One of my favorite secret weapons for fast and healthy dinners? A roast chicken bought in store. It is already cooked, tender and filled with protein, so it cuts the preparation time in half while keeping your meals healthy and satisfactory.

Advice for the return in time
Preparation by lots on Sunday: shred 2 chickens, prepare the vegetables and cook rice or quinoa in advance. If you prefer homemade roast chicken, it’s time to do it! Wear it in the oven or on the tragar.
Double recipes: Make enough that the leftovers can use for lunch the next day.
Mix the flavors: use different spice mixtures or sauces (such as Buffalo, Teriyaki or Pesto) to keep the meals interesting.
Keep the pantry staples at hand: coconut aminos, salsa, canned beans, frozen vegetables and olive oil prepare meals during the week faster.
With these rear dinner hacks using roasted chicken, you can get a nutritious meal on the table in less time than you need to order take -out dishes. I am a big fan of a small planning, and some shortcuts contribute greatly to make the evenings of weekly. It’s so much cheaper too!
