For today’s post, I wanted to share something new that I recently tried: Onekkin. I am always interested in trying new brands of skin care, and when I discovered this during the Biohacking Conference, I was intrigued.

I was able to hear the founder Carolina Oilveira speak to the Biohacking conferenceAnd she was incredible! She talked about habits for healthy skin and the operation of Onekin technology. They use what they have nicknamed OS-01, which is a new peptide that targets senescent cells. Dr. Cabral refers to these types of cells such as “zombie cells” because they cause oxidation, which in turn leads to inflammation and accelerated again.

My thoughts:
I bought a few products while we were at the conference, including the eye cream, body lotion and SPF tinted facial moisturizer. Something I have noticed, and I always try to decide whether it is a pro or an idiot, is that the products feel thinner in texture. They are not at all fatty at all and are also instantly absorbed in the skin. I like it because my skin already tends to be on the oily side, but I also like thick, luxurious and super hydrating products. It is as if my skin instantly drinks the product, which means that it is quickly absorbed.
The bottles are a little higher, but I think it could be worth it, especially if they improve the texture of the skin. I spent about $ 260 on the three products and I see each of them last two months.
I think the The tinted SPF is worth it – It is the best replacement of the skin of Beautycounter’s dew that I tried and I like even more!

Overall, I think Oskin is a promising player in the skin care industry, offering innovative products supported by science aimed at reducing the biological age of the skin. I think it’s really worth checking, or trying some samples to see if it suits you! Travel kits are a lower price and this way you can try them and see if you like them.
