8.15 Friday Faves – Fitnessista

Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!

Hi friends! Happy Friday! What are you doing this weekend? We head to Phoenix for a concert, P has a B -Ball melee, we have NCL meetings and our weekly dinner with the family – I look forward to the whole week. I would love to hear what you have!

(The monsoon season was a bust but at least we had magnificent rainbows)

We always try to find our school / school at home / the airline / groove of work here, and our daily hours have changed a ton since last year. Liv has been doing competitive dance for many years and it’s his first year to take a break. Rather, she will play school sports, and I am delighted that she finds something new she loves. I really miss the dance world, but I don’t fail to drive two hours a night between departures and vans at the studio. 😉 She had more time to work on homework and relax at night, and I was able to cook almost every night.

(gluten -free chicken pie With roasted broccoli. I will soon make a turn with new recipes that I tried that have succeeded)

I prefer to cook at home because you can control the ingredients and sometimes I am disappointed with the taste, quality and cost of food for restaurants. If I did not prepare myself and planned in advance, we often took fast shots on the way back of dance and basketball. We spend so much a lot, on several occasions, it was Meh or Gross, and I really have the impression that eating at home was easier with this calendar.

Exciting things on the horizon:

– Not one but two huge launches on Monday. Two of my favorite brands of all time launch Amaaaaazing things and of course, I will pass the word here Monday morning!

– A trip to San Diego. Count for time with our Fam Kleiger and the Sea of Vitamin

– P Start the farm school. It is a day a week and she can set up pipes, help with animals and make art on the farm with other children from school at home and she is super excited about it. More of our plans at home are there.

It is time for the weekly Friday favorites Day. This is where I share some of my favorite discoveries of the week and around the web. I always like to hear about your favorites too, so please cry out in the comments section below.

8.15 Friday Faves

Mode + beauty + random:

– Friday left costumes are 30% reduction today !! The ones I have and that I love are here.

– I have lived in this skirt lately. It is so comfortable and looks cute with a body or a T-shirt and sambas.

Why are you always tired (and what to do on this subject)

Candy for your ears

Fitness, health and good dishes:

The girls and I had a big bag of Trufru in Costco last weekend and he was already gone. They are the perfect little bite.

In addition, Siete Chamoy is the elite. I am so picky about Chamoy, especially because some friends are done from scratch (storage stuff cannot touch him), but the siete version was surprisingly good. It has excellent ingredients, is a bit thin, but the flavor is excellent.

Non -alcoholic drinks fun.

Thank you very much for stopping in the blog today! Have an incredible weekend and I will see you soon!

xoxo
