Hello friends! Happy Friday! How are you doing? What’s happening this weekend? Plans for Valentine’s Day?
We have a fun weekend planned here: a date with the Pilot, our symphony show, P’s basketball tournament, and Liv is having a Valentine’s Day dance party at school. Lots of fun stuff! In between that, I’m studying for our centurion program with CPI, and batch recording podcast episodes. Let’s go.
I’d love to hear what you’re doing!
(There is a trend of having ChatGPT do a caricature of you and your work based on what they know about you. I feel like that was successful lol.)
It’s time for the weekly Friday Favorites Party. This is where I share some of my favorite finds from the week and around the web. I always love hearing about your favorites, so feel free to shout out something you like in the comments section below.
(Lola wanted to tell you that she looks more and more poodle-like by the day. When she was a baby, she looked like a pure golden retriever, but the poodle is definitely coming out. Plus, these little date bites are the perfect sweet bite if you like something sweet after a meal.)

Fashion, beauty, chance:
I received so many compliments on this dress. This is Ulla Johnson from my Rent the Runway membership. You can try it and get 50% off your first month here!
Sad to send this bag back to Vivrelle but excited for the Hermés bag that is on the way. You can try it free for a month here with code GINAHARNEY
My friends’ nails Glamnetic!
I usually do dip nails, but when they gave me a gift, I accepted because Liv loves press-on nails.
Look how awesome they turned out:
We babysat our little niece this past weekend and I took her to Wild Katz for the first time. She loved it!!
On the less fun side of things…we had a mold company evaluate the house after I found mold in the bathroom. I followed Search for mold on IG forever and when a friend mentioned that she had a positive experience with their company, I booked a consultation call and inspection.
I opened a giant can of worms because we found other places while they were here – under two of the sinks in the back and a sketchy spot near P’s vent in his room. It will be expensive to get rid of everything, but mold can have major health consequences, so here you go.
Diego was very thorough and friendly and did a great job with the inspection and sampling process.
The best part is that they run labs on the samples so they know exactly what type of mold it is and can provide a complete plan of action to the remediation company.
Read, watch, listen:
I took the crew (the girls + one of Liv’s best friends) to see the Stray Kids concert in the movie theaters. It was surprisingly amazing. I accidentally know a lot about K Pop thanks to Liv’s music taste, but I have to say most of it is HITS.
New post on substack here with my weekly training breakdown.
Check out this week’s podcast episode! We discuss perimenopause and nervous system support.
Fitness, health and good nutrition:
Daily nutritional support has a new flavor! I have it in my protein pudding every day because it has antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and has 15g of protein. I add Truvani to get about 30g of protein in my breakfast. I usually get the chocolate but I can’t wait to try the wild strawberry – mine will be here today.
Homemade Gummies for Gut Health:
Thanks so much for stopping by the blog today! Have a wonderful weekend and see you soon!
xoxo
