Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!

Hello friends! Happy Friday! How are you doing? What are you doing this weekend? We have the usual basketball game, celebrating my brother’s birthday, and I’m looking forward to a low-key pizza and movie night. I hope you have a relaxing and enjoyable weekend.

It’s time for the weekly Friday Favorites Party. This is where I share some of my favorite finds from the week and around the web. I always love hearing about your favorites, so feel free to shout out something you like in the comments section below.

Fashion, beauty, chance:

I don’t think I’ve really praised it on my blog, but I’m obsessed with it OneSkin Lip Mask. It’s better than other lip masks I’ve tried and has cleaner ingredients, plus the anti-aging OS-01 peptide. It’s plumping, super hydrating (no dry lips this winter) and I love it. Use FITNESSISTA15 here.

Romantic evening at Fleming’s! The pilot frequently visits a volunteer organization he belongs to, and I always feel left out lol. We planned a little date night and it was amazing. Fleming’s is a chain, but it’s one of my favorite restaurants in Tucson. It’s still amazing every time. We’ve really cut back on dining out over the last year, but this is one of the places that seems *worth it* to me.

Tony Robbins’ live event is everything so far. If you need a mindset shift and a huge boost, check him out on his YouTube channel.

The Bridgerton Chronicles is finally back and I’m so ready.

The latest Substack explains how I turned blogging into a business.

Fitness, health and good nutrition:

Special delivery from my friends at Lovebird, my favorite cereal. I LOVE cereal but I don’t like the ingredients in most of them. It’s one of the few brands I buy regularly and the kids love it too. Our little niece is coming over for a sleepover soon and I can’t wait to make some to share with her – I know she’ll love it too.

Questions and answers about peptides:

If you’re hearing more and more about peptides and feeling curious (but also cautious), you’re not alone. This is exactly why my friend Tina and I are hosting a Q&A discussion about peptides: a casual yet educational conversation between two practitioners who have seen significant results personally and in practice when peptides are used appropriately and responsibly.

This is not medical advice or a protocol call; This is an open discussion about what peptides are, who they can benefit (and who should wait), why foundations always come first, and how to approach peptides ethically through proper medical supervision. Our goal is to answer common questions, dispel misinformation, and help you feel informed as you make the best decisions for your unique body.
