12.6 Friday Favorites – The Fitnessista

Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!

Hello friends! Have a nice weekend! I’m posting my Friday Favorites roundup a little late this week because it’s been crazy. I took Liv and one of her best friends to the Katseye concert in Phoenix,

(the girls had a blast)

then my niece was dropped off for a sleepover while her parents enjoyed a well-deserved date night. We loved having him here so much. Okay, everyone except Maisey. She was very stressed that someone else was getting more attention than her lol.

She slept like an angel in the pack n’ play in our room, and the girls had so much fun with her here. They have already asked if this could become a weekly activity.

What are you doing this weekend?

We got our Christmas tree last night, we looked at it Alone at home and I ate pizza,

(one day I will have an organized match tree…and it might break my heart)

and the rest of the weekend is filled with basketball games, Moulin RougeNCL meeting and Villain: for good (again! I can’t wait) and I’m getting ready for the week ahead. I hope you have a great weekend!

For now, it’s time for the weekly Friday Faves party. This is where I share some of my favorite finds from the week and around the web. I always love hearing about your favorites, so feel free to shout out something you like in the comments section below.

12.6 Friday Favorites

Wellness Favorites with Expanded Cyber Monday Deals:

– Air doctor. Clean air makes a huge difference, especially this time of year when allergies and colds are running rampant. This is their best price all year.

– Canopy shower filter. We immediately noticed a difference in our skin and hair. The water is softer and no longer has any chorline smell. If you already have one, it’s a good chance to get more for additional bathrooms, or try their sink or bathtub filter.

– Pemf to Matt. I use it every day for breathing and meditation, or when I need a little recharge while working on the computer. I’m having a hard time deciding which one I prefer: the famous sauna blanket! or the PEMF mat. If you can do both… I say go for it. 😉

– Anti-red light mask. I use it every morning when I’m doing household chores or multitasking. It gives my skin an amazing glow and I have noticed a huge difference in the texture of my skin.

– Organized! They make many of my favorite products including Hydrogen Water Tablets, Green Juice, Red Juice, Harmony, and Pure. Find out here!

If you’re shopping for a specific person, I have a ton of ideas in this year’s gift guides (a few more on the way!). Many of them include BFCM offers in posts:

Biohacking and Well-being Gifts

For her

For him

For children

For preteens

Everything is linked on my ShopMy for easy access and this page has a roundup of some of my top picks as well.

Random: This hand cream from Trader Joe’s is SO good. It comes in a pack of two (one is lightly scented, the other unscented) and Liv said it’s her new favorite hand cream.

Don’t miss this week’s podcast episode about biological dentistry and how the health of your mouth affects your entire body.

Wonderful low or no expense gift ideas.

December tradition: read a chapter from the book of Luke each day.

Fitness, health and good nutrition:

This protein powder! This was gifted to me and has become one of my new favorites. I have Daily nutritional support every morning mixed with Truvani (to increase the protein content), but I love the ingredients and flavor of this protein. It’s sweetened with dates, certified organic and super sweet and delicious. The children loved it too.

This week was P’s first full week back at school. I’m still holding my breath here that everything continues to go well, but for now, she’s super happy. I celebrated with my first hot yoga class at Roots in months. I missed it! (Learn more about homeschooling here)

Lunch with a friend in Tumerico. I hadn’t been there in years and their jackfruit ropa vieja was even better than I remembered.

Thanks so much for stopping by the blog today! Have a wonderful weekend and see you soon!

xoxo
