Hello friends! Happy Friday and Happy Halloween! What are your plans this evening? Do you take the kids trick-or-treating or go to parties? We’re eating tacos here at home with my brother and a few friends, doing presents around the neighborhood, and I’m counting down until I can decorate for Christmas.

P is celebrating its 10th anniversary! This little lady turned 10 this weekend and I can’t even believe it. 10 hard blows! It seems like it was yesterday that we brought a hamburger piñata to the Kleigers’ house in the middle of the night. (Her birth story, part 1 is here And Part 2 is here!)
She is athletic, bright, kind, curious and silly. She asks interesting (and sometimes thought-provoking!) questions, genuinely wants to help everyone, and is always up for a horse ride, family adventure, or hike. She fills my heart and makes me laugh every day. Happy birthday, P Rose.
We celebrated in the morning with a party for his friends at Jumping Cholla trampoline park, then in the evening we celebrated with cake and Hawaiian Bros here with the family. The pilot was traveling, so we Facetimed him “Happy Birthday.”

It was the perfect celebration.
Moon bird! They sent me this to try and it expands and contracts when you breathe deeply. You can use it alone or follow an exercise from the app. I was surprised how much I enjoy it and how much it changes my stress levels. P also loved using it and will ask to use it at least once a day.
